EmpowerHer Strong is a 12-week wellness program designed to help you build the strength, confidence, and emotional resilience you need to thrive. This isn’t your average workout plan. EmpowerHer Strong integrates physical fitness with mental and emotional wellness to create lasting change from the inside out.

Each week, you’ll work through a combination of:

Your journey begins with Mindset Mastery, the foundation of EmpowerHer Strong. In the first three weeks, you’ll learn how to:

You’ll gain a deeper appreciation for what your body can do, focusing not just on looks but on feeling strong, energized, and healthy.

Phase Three: Nourish to Flourish

During Weeks 7-9, we dive into Nourishment. This phase goes beyond restrictive diets—we focus on intuitive eating and balanced meals that fuel your body and soul. You’ll learn how to create nourishing meals that leave you feeling satisfied and vibrant. Plus, we’ll help you cultivate practices that nourish your mind and spirit, helping you stay grounded and joyful as we approach the holidays.

Phase Four: Personalized Growth and Accountability

In Phase Four, the focus shifts to individualized growth and accountability, leveraging the intimate group size to provide highly personalized support. Over three weeks, participants will define personal goals, receive tailored workouts, and reflect on their progress to ensure long-term success. Through one-on-one coaching sessions, customized strength and yoga routines, and mini-challenges, they will strengthen both their physical and mental resilience. The phase concludes with a celebration of achievements and the creation of a roadmap for maintaining wellness beyond the program.
